Sylar/Elle on Heroes, except I wanted them to be an evil murder couple, and Season 3 made them nicer before they hooked up and I didn't like it. :/

I get all kinds of bonus points for crackshipping Alana Bloom/Margot Verger on Hannibal before they went canon.

Was also big on Jake Peralta/Amy Santiago from Brooklyn Nine-Nine from Day 1, but I'm not sure that counts because the show was clearly setting them up to be A Thing.
