Sometimes I go on D+ and just watch that bit of the movie, just the train sequence at the end and nothing else. I wonder what sort of monster the algorithm thinks I am.

Why couldn't the rest of the movie have the same energy and visual storytelling? It is like it was directed by two different people.

I’ve always heard because it basically was. The studio/Disney execs interfered a lot. Supposedly a lot of the movie was never even filmed and parts that were filmed were massively pared down.
