I had a lunch with my work earlier this week so was driving and didn't drink. Much better imo.

I've been with my husband for over 15 years and this is among the worst states I've ever seen him in. I'm not gonna tell him what to do with his social time but I think he should've paid more attention to how much he was drinking (and had more to eat as well!)

Unfortunately, especially for men, peer pressure with alcohol is often a major issue as well. Seen it with my dad a lot. But still adults should know their limits. Hope your husband has a mean hangover and takes that as a lesson (not in a spiteful way, just in a consequences for Jo's actions way).

Oh he's 100% suffering today, and I can't comment too much because I've definitely been there but I think after years of watching him wake up like it's nothing while I'm worse for wear, his age is finally catching up with him! It's a lesson for sure.
