Of course it's Reader fic. lol

I kind of expected to see this work it's way into fandom spaces with things like "Bucky Barnes is secretly the United Healthcare Assassin" insert your character of choice.

I guess they couldn't really do much besides reader fic if it's set in the canon universe. There are only two main characters and one of them's dead

Not surprising, considering political RPF and other RPF exist.
