Abhorrent admirers. I guess it's a form of gallows humor on my end, since having creeps hit on or feel entitled to me growing up (and even as an adult) was absolutely traumatic. But seeing fictional characters act sleazy or incel-y towards their one-sided object of affection is oddly satisfying.

Oh I have such a thing for this too! I don't know where exactly mine comes from, something to do with the mixed feelings of flattery and disgust I experienced in similar situations to what you described, and I think something about the boldness and nastiness of it speaks to my id.
