Ngl I think it's better and more accurate to acknowledge that common shit like PIV and mdom/fsub are extremely common but not universal kinks instead of treating it like is not a kink at all just because it's normalized and so very common

Same! I am trans and kinky so I've tried plenty of other stuff but like. PIV is just fun and convenient! I'm fully onboard with normalizing other types of sex more, but I feel like I've seen enough people going too far in the other direction (dunking on people for being basic/heteronormative for liking piv) that I'm a little defensive about it.
