I mean I do kind of agree with the ultimate shrug at the end, but I do feel like it's fine to have different expectations and likes for things made by professionals for the public vs by fans for fans. For professionally made stuff, I expect them to not go for the creatively bankrupt option. For fanmade stuff, "creatively bankrupt" means those incorrect quotes posts that just recreate the same jokes over and over with different fictional characters.
