eh some of them aren't that great but others are enjoyable. you can either take or leave them. I'm currently working my way through Jennifer Saint's series after being a bit let down by her book Ariadne due to the way she portrayed Dionysus.

...reading comprehension, I don't have it

Not watching a video that looks like something you'd enjoy just because of the title seems really dumb to me.

I can see where OP is coming from; in my experiences the point when frequent creators start chasing clicks by gaming the algorithm, the less attention they pay to the quality of their content. It becomes more about numbers, including money, than sitting in front of their camera talking about what they love. Rough balance, to want people to see your content but getting stuck in the loop.

MEH, I prefer to tell whether the content lowered the quality by watching, if so then I'll not watch the next. Sucks but YouTube is a hellscape algorithmic wise, I understand that this means creators have to pull a stunt or two at times.

Yeah, fair, play stupid algorithm-chasing games, win stupid prizes (lower quality viewers)

I get this. It's kind of similar to how I don't follow people who reblog superstitious posts like "reblog this [or bad thing will happen] [and good thing will happen]". Even if they seem like a nice person and post interesting things otherwise, I hate manipulative posts like that and reblogging those things is a dealbreaker for me.

I always give a side eye to any blogs that reblog those superstitious posts on tumblr when I get a bit nosey and browse people's blogs

I get why you choose to do this OP. There are plenty of YT creators who I lose interest in and it usually happens when it seems like they're chasing trends.

This particular thing isn't a deal breaker for this nonny though
