I just really wanted to add, "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" because I watched this a couple years ago and I loved it. I really appreciated the more mature themes I didn't pick up on as a kid.

The parents were separated/not getting along. The neighbor dad wants to impart some dumb idea of masculinity on his son but overcomes that shallow idea by the end of the film. The bratty kids have good redemption arcs. The effects are still cool as fuck!!
