yeah it's literally not generational. that's a you thing.

fwiw while I do watch 80s commercials and the Weather Channel on loop and so on, I also don't have a phone and don't always want something in the background, I DO want to watch something with plot that isn't absolute shit or something I've seen a hundred times before. I WANT new media. I want new media that doesn't suck. The Weather Channel only gets me through a couple hours here and there, the rest of the time give me something fucking unique and high quality and fun to pay attention to! Something worth my time and emotional investment!
