I build surgical devices.

I don't particularly like my job but it's doable work that helps pays bills and gives me enough room to live a little comfortably. The benefits are what keeps me staying at my job. I have a lot of PTO and the sick days policy is better than most places based off what friends and family tell me. Health insurance is pricey but the coverage is good. We get quarterly bonuses and it's been about $700 extra every 3 months, it's helped a lot with trying to pay off debts.

I have small pockets of opportunities to do creative projects and those are usually fun.
There are some nice people I enjoy having small conversations with from time to time, it works out well for my slightly introvert energy.

The drive is a little far but the location overall is decent, nice views since it's close to the mountains.

I want a job that is more solo work though. And perhaps a little more creatively challenging and less physically demanding. Routine physical work does a number on a body.
