Not exactly Christmas related. But I've realized how under-paid I am. Yes, I got a nice raise when I got promoted to department head. But the thing is, what I'm making now is the average (or below) for an entry level attorney here in Dallas.

Honestly mostly mad at myself for letting myself be taken advantage of. But given that I just got the raise, it would be hard to ask for another one right now. I am going to apply for other jobs, though. I do mostly love the people I work with. But I can't base my decisions on that.
