Ha. Just posted in the vent thread.

So, I love my job. I love what I do (immigration attorney). I love most of the people I work with. But I've recently realized that I'm really being taken advantage of. Even with the 10k raise to take over the department, I'm still making the average or below for an entry level attorney.

So I've started job hunting. At least, I'm going to apply to a few things that look good.
