FWIW

When I sneak in food, I bring in a salad or sandwich. My nieces uses to like sneaking in Lunchables. We snuck in candy/snack size chips. I sat next to a dude who snuck in an apple and can of La Croix at a screening of "Black Panther". One of my friends brought a Tupperware full of homemade brownies once.
I usually carry a big purse in which I can put my food into.
A friend and I once got beach bags from Dollar Tree and we put our snacks and purses inside the beach bags.
The dude at the "Black Panther" screening wore a puffy vest and had stashed his goods on the inside pockets.
