This is probably more common than you think, tbh. I'm pretty sure lots of people have thought about ideas like this and enjoyed media and power fantasies based around this premise (Hitman, anyone?) but never intended to do anything IRL.

If this or your anger are bothering you, why not talk to someone about it? A therapist worth talking to would understand that fiction/fantasy != real life, and if they don't, they're showing they're not worth talking to.
