Reminds me of the time a lady called in to complain that we took premium payments for her insurance policy out of her account in accordance with the form she signed. Like, we've been doing this for years, because you asked us to...? But ok, we'll reverse this last month and put you on paper billing. Then she didn't pay the bill, and so we terminated her policy... got another call that she didn't give us permission to terminate her policy. Like, lady, you don't get coverage for free.

What a hateful thing to say. She might have trouble understanding all the rules if she's sick, and you are just happy to take her money, not explain anything properly and just let her die the minute she needs her insurance.
That dead CEO is just a tip of the iceberg, all you people are terrible.

Nothing is free, you ignorant child. Even in a public healthcare system, there are still costs associated with getting medical care, unless you think that all medical personnel, and all the people who make the medicine and equipment, should be unpaid? Perhaps they should be slaves?

I think that you have to explain the things clearly and stop laughing at sick people making it seem like they're the problem and not you.

This is a stupid comment. Billing for ANYTHING works exactly the same way: either you put it on auto-pay and it withdraws the set amount from your account/charges your card on the specific day of the month specified in your agreement, or you receive a bill via mail/email and then pay it. There's nothing confusing about it unless you've been living under a rock and have never been responsible for paying any sort of bills before in your life, in which case you're obscenely privileged because most of us don't have someone else paying for everything for us.
