Oh god YES >:( Especially at places where they had clearly previously had the menu available just fine and then got rid of them for the stupid app.

I don't own a cell phone. It really sucks when you tell them you can't scan a QR code because you don't have phone to do that and they still get shirty that they have to go all the way back to the bar to get a piece of paper.

Look, I've been rickrolled and goatse'd and so on TOO MANY TIMES to just randomly scan links.

Also, every single one links to the worst website you've every tried to finagle on your phone in the history of the world. I just googled it, apparently "finagle" is specifically for dishonestly trying to squire something BUT I'll keep it because none of us our honest in this hell.
