A Japanese dish called naporitan. It's incredibly simple to make even for rubbish cooks like me, the sauce is mostly ketchup (from post-war Japan when tomato sauce was hard to come by) and with some good sausage, mushroom and bell peppers it just works together so well. I made it for my brother when he came over for Christmas and he adored it, and it's my go-to for when I can't be arsed with anything too complex.
