What's for dinner?

I'm really depressed, so I'm just having cheese and crackers. I did add hardboiled eggs and tomatoes and cucumbers.

well, there's a seasoning blend I usually use when I cook burgers, oregano, garlic, cumin, rosemary, paprika and a little cayenne and I'm going to put a piece of bacon and some fried red onion on it. I normally toast the roll but last time I tried to do that it got burned.

Oh man, nothing hits like a good shepherds pie. The last time I had one was in a pub on a cold November night years ago.

I'm trying to lose weight and cut back on meat (half an eye on going back to being veggie), so I made a courgette curry. Was really tasty and the sauce tasted about the same as when my chef partner makes curry, so I was pretty happy.

OP, I hope things get better for you soon. Hang in there. x

Thank you for the kind reply. <3

I just finished off vegetable red curry leftovers yesterday. Honestly, I could eat curry every day. Congrats on your culinary success!

Ham and broccoli cheddar soup with homemade bread! It’s cold here so this will be quite nice.

Praying and sending good vibes your way, anon. May sunny days and brighter moments be in your future.

I appreciate the prayers and good vibes. That’s one of my favorite soups, and it’s definitely the perfect weather for it!
