I agree! I've never been a fan of Tim Allen (but at that stage in his career I just found him annoying, not terrible) but Galaxy Quest would have been an awesome show.

I know you're joking but I thought his turn in The Clauses was pretty refreshing for him, in that he was playing his movie Scott Calvin instead of his usual Republican Suburban Dad schtick.
