I feel like having this fear/repulsion is pretty common and possibly linked to our evolution, but some people get douchey when you call it by its scientific name. It grossed me out way before I knew it had a name.

AYRT Yeah, I had it for a long time before knowing what it was called, but some people just like to be Extremely Online about it.

I discovered I had it when I stumbled into a post on 4chan devoted to images that were meant to invoke it, but I didn't know it was common to bring up and be and "very online about" until much later.
