Doctors' offices are getting raided too. I found this out a few days ago when one of the doctors we do billing for called and told my boss the doctor's office next door was getting raided. She was worried about her office being raided next (for context this is a pediatrician who has a lot of very young latino patients.)

If they are not treating criminals, then they have nothing to worry about. You wouldn't shed any tears about a mob doctor getting raided. And it doesn't stop anyone getting treatment. Incarcerated individuals are still entitled to basic medical treatments before being removed to their legal home countries.

Do you have any recommendations for scented garbage bags?

I’m looking for something that isn’t too flowery. Just a little scent to overpower the stench.

You haven't grasped how fascism works, do you?

Step 1: Say you'll punish criminals
Step 2: Pass legislation to criminalize activities that previously weren't crimes - activities that overwhelmingly aren't "bad" or "moral," just things that piss off Johnny Smalldick that poors and commonfolk and *gasp* foreigners had the gall to be participating in all this time
Step 3: Pass orders to start hunting criminals down
Bonus Step 4: Make it impossible to do the "non-criminal" thing.
Step 5: When all else fails, drop all pretense and profile anyone you don't like, especially if they don't look like you

But people like you don't care until your lives are affected. And even then, for some reason you prefer the taste of boot over looking after your neighbor.

This, exactly. In Germany, once the Nazis gained real power, they changed the laws until the things they wanted to do weren't against them, and then did what they'd planned on doing all along.
