I hope you're speaking in general terms, because I don't engage in the atrocious behavior you speak of or condone it, nor did I once claim that I do.

I certainly don't throw out purity tests that I can't even meet so I can attack people for failing them.

No, I'm not talking about you specifically. I see people defending public figures who did awful racist shit and they're like "no one is perfect, we all make mistakes" and like...not all of us make those kinds of mistakes. There are some things that should not be defended/dismissed and if people do, I'm going to judge them, and I'm fine with that.
