Knowing only what you've posted here: Everyone needs to be addressed. People C-Z are contributing to a hostile work environment. Person B needs a more mature and professional way to handle conflict. Person A needs a reality check that if they cannot reasonably communicate with colleagues to accomplish tasks, they need to find another job.

Exactly! Person B definitely said something unacceptable, but everyone involved should be facing consequences for their words and behaviour before this kind of attitude gets entrenched. Thank you for answering me :)
