I like Jaws better as a movie.

I feel like there are certain visuals in A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984), Halloween (1978), and An American Werewolf in London that wouldn't necessarily come off the page right.

For Freaky, Gremlins, The Black Phone, Late Night with the Devil, Alien, Aliens, Final Destination (et al.), the visuals are absolutely part of the appeal for me.

For It, I like the book, but it's a lot and there's something to be said for having that freaking clown in your face.

Jurassic Park is a good book, but I'd rather see the dinosaurs if they do them like the movie.

I think Silence of the Lambs has its strengths in both forms (same goes for Red Dragon in all its incarnations).

On the other hand, Relic is a better book than a movie (but I think a better movie could be made).

Nope might feel more menacing on the page to me than the movie was, Ghost Ship would probably be better (but I like it in all its ridiculous glory), and Identity, Poltergeist (1982), and The Sixth Sense might make for interesting books.

they had like one episode where olivia got called out directly (the late great Andre Braugher came back to play the defense attorney, it was likely during the blm protests), and then she was back on her bullshit right after.

I get this. I gave up on this book because I didn't like the writing and wrote a review about that part but was so disappointed by all the homophobic reviews too. Someone else join me in being annoyed at how the characters talk in quips and things don't make sense.
