Yes. I was massively homophobic before. Due to my upbringing mostly. It was fandom and then my liberal law school that knocked sense in to me. And eventually helped me realize I wasn't straight either.

This isn't explicitly political. You can be an edgelord teenager without it having to do with politics. Most of them are totally ignorant and apathetic of politics, even. lol
