Idk, I'm looking at Ukraine and how many died since the 2014 coup and I have 0 goodwill towards USAID. It also spent a lot of money on Georgia since 2022. Georgian criminal ex-president is now living in the US. Isn't it strange? I care about Georgia so fuck USAID.

Wars cause a lot of civilian deaths due to stress, inaccessible medical care, poverty. So it's not a good idea to look only on direct death toll. If you look at the money spent, the x10 goes into Ukraine. Was there hunger before 2014? No. 90% of media in Ukraine was financed by USAID.

Admitedly I don't know much about trully humanitarian projects of USAID but it really needs to stop existing as it is now. Regarding food relief, that part should really be separated from the evil parts. People that bribe terrorists and politicians to kill their own people should be fired.

Tbh I think the government will create a new organisation with the same purpose of financing revolutions and wars, so I'm not all that happy about USAID overhaul. A new organisation will take its place imho.

Also may I present you the topic of biolabs in Ukraine. I don't want to sound like a tin hat but Covid-19 is a possible result of biolabs. I hate the very idea of biological weapons.

It's really not your place to be commenting on American politics when you're not American.

nayrt but your reply is just stupid.

Commenting on things is how people have discussions. There are other reasons to take issue with ayrt's comment, but dismissing it with "you're not American" is just a shitty thing to do.

NAYRT but American politics have a habit of ripple effecting out to allied countries. What one country sees happening in the US as okay, their Republican governments might start implementing it if they get into power.

It's a monkey see monkey do thing.
