I got bloodwork and a mammogram done, both things I've been putting off for years because of fear. Not quite a real phobia, but close to that level. And I managed it all without panicking. Lots of sweating and shaky hands and legs, but I held it together until I got to my car and then just sat and did breathing exercises for a bit.

OH man, that is rough. Phobias are the worst. Congrats on finding the courage to do it. That was really awesome and really brave. I hope you did something nice for yourself as a reward.

Thank you! Unfortunately my only reward was going to work afterward. But I have been mentally patting myself on the back and just generally allowing myself to feel quite proud without any mental qualifiers or down talking.
