Goddamn, did I write this?

Anyway, yeah. It can be difficult to let go emotionally and psychologically even long after you've let go physically. The good times don't cancel out the bad, and vice versa. And that's what makes it hard. But ultimately, you had to do what was best for you, because you get to decide who's good for you and who isn't.

Growth is frustrating and lowers your tolerance of bullshit, but is also necessary.
