Not sure if that works for you.

Also, some places that do breakfast burritos/tacos have bean and cheese ones that don't have scrambled eggs in them.

No joke. I started eating canned fish for an easy, relatively healthy source of protein. Start with boneless and skinless if you're squeamish, it's mild tasting with no bones or scales. Like canned tuna. Add some kind of sauce, chunks of avocado, cucumber or whatever and have it over rice for breakfast.
