Eh, not really.

Citizens United (which opened the floodgates to corporations basically owning politicians), gerrymandering, voter suppression, misinformation/disinformation everywhere, racism, misogyny, bigotry, idolization of rich folks (who inherit wealth and/or exploit lower classes for wealth) and general selfishness are what help conservatives to win. Let's put the blame where it belongs.

Except tons of leftist liberals where veeeery loud about refusing to vote for Biden and then Harris because of their stance on Israel. The people who voted Trump would have voted for him anyway. The people who wouldn't have voted for him but refused to vote for Harris because of hurt sensibilities directly helped Trump win.

Okay, yes, that is true. But more importantly, a LOT is going on and can't be blamed on a single factor.

I'd also add that Democrats, despite all my optimism, dropped the ball more than once in the name of keeping image and playing by the rules (when the other team hasn't shown the same kindness in YEARS). And conservatives took advantage on top of being their usual asshole selves (McConnell can burn in hell alongside Reagan, no matter what show he's putting on now).

I wish there were a sea of really leftist progressives who could turn the election with their vote, I doubt it. There's like 10k, max. No I don't have stats, but search your heart, go to your nearest DSA meeting, and get off of twitter. You'll know it to be true.

That said! Every little bit helps and thees guys are total jerks and I can't put up with any of them socially.
