It really isn't. Your interpretation of OP's secret isn't great.

Rich folks often lack consideration for their poorer counterparts, and the worst ones turn out to be the Elons and the Donalds of the world. And while it's not all rich people, but it's always a rich person ruining things for the rest of us. "Sheltered rich kid" tends to be a disaster because they have no real perspective of those less fortunate, and don't understand or care how obscene wealth weakens society and makes life worse for everyone else. Every now and then you'll get someone who isn't a lost cause, and strives toward NOT being obscenely rich, but that's rare. OP's secret isn't wrong.
