I feel like you took this the wrong way. OP would be exploiting their partner in this scenario, since they'd spend their time on hobbies while their partner did all the work.

Except in very specific cases, having a disability doesn't give someone the right to use another person.

That seems kind of a stretch, though? OP may be disabled but mentions working a full time job, it's just difficult. The active time is at work, then resting. Having financial support from a partner takes spending the active time at work out the equation and things can be done at home like housekeeping. *shrug* Even then, it's a wistful fantasy.
