People give Four a lot of leeway because of Baker's charm, and the weirdness of the incarnation, but when you sit down and watch critically, he is flat out the most DONE with all this shit Doctors. He has zero tolerance for idiocy, and is not shy about letting people know it. Just he is fun and weird when people are not acting like morons around him, so you don't notice it so much.
