Settling after 2-3 weeks is what I am hoping for! I have a brother on the same meds and he said it took awhile to find the right dose and work through the side effects but once they got it right it was life changing, so fingers crossed for the same for me.

Fingers crossed! Also, different types of SSRIs have different effects and it's not well understood why. You might need to go through a few before you find one that works well for you, though they have tests that help these days. I happened to luck out and get a good one on the first try. Good luck!
