Better than doing them all as separate fics.

Sixteen pages of drabbles, I found. Sixteen pages, uninterrupted all posted within a couple of hours. Clearly some nerd was off their ADD meds.

Okay. I would hope they specified in the summary that they were drabbles. I'd still prefer them all to be in one story vs. 16 separate stories that were each only a single drabble, taking up the whole first page on AO3.

AYRT - I'm either not explaining this well at all or missing your point.

I'm talking about people writing 100 word chapter fic, as drabbles, rather than just writing one fic. Because a lot of those 100 word chapters actually are just one story separated into 15-30 chapters.

I think you're talking past each other. I believe they are talking about mostly unrelated drabbles (like Chapter 1 is a Wing!fic AU, 2 is a bakery AU snippet, 3 is a kid!fic drabble, 4 is a Fix-it ficlet, and so on and so forth) posted as chapters to one master post rather than as their own posts (basically spamming the list of works in a fandom if they are posted with some frequency), while you're talking about what basically amounts to a several thousand-word one-shot separated into 100-word chapters.

those are not drabbles, those are short chapter, your dumb.
