The source is his own brother and several others, google it. And nope, he went against his visa so he IS illegal - because in your logic, getting into the country by illegal means (which breaking your visa is) means deportation, no matter if the person went legal AFTERWARDS.

It's a matter of law and not my logic. It's more than 20 year old so the law doesn't care. Elon is such a stupid argument. You can use better ones, like that there's bribes, they grab too many people, that you worry about businesses that employ illegals. One of the fs users has a good argument in that the detention centers' conditions are bad. I don't trust their judgement one bit but it's a good argument.

Yes, it's a matter of law and by that law, he should have been deported for going against his visa. You can move the goalpost as long as you like, doesn't mean your desperate arguments get any more valid. But desperation is all you people have left, I know.
