Fandom/media burnout anon

I'm the anon who wrote about being burned out from all the escapism so I couldn't really get into consuming media while in the midst of my rock bottom depression.

To anyone who related, I'm wishing you a lot of rest and some space for yourself.

It took a lot work on my mental health to get back into feeling like I was a part of the world enjoying media rather than a burnt husk of a body merely letting things flash in front me.
