I am so baffled why we were allowed to watch this movie as a kid and why we loved it so much. I watched it as an adult and it is incredibly creepy and fucked up.

(I'm not really baffled. There weren't really restrictions on what we could or could not watch. Except for Platoon. I remember we were told we were not allowed to watch that one.)
