Have you ever been on the r/hoarding support reddit? I grew up in a family with hoarding issues and the links + book recommendations on there helped me with my habits. That and the subreddit for children of hoarders were really helpful for me to recognize how weird my childhood actually was, and how many hoarding traits I had picked up myself... Not trying to imply you're struggling or anything LOL, just wanted to suggest checking them out if you ever did need support or just want to talk to other people who know what it's like to grow up with hoarder parents.
