See, I am the farthest you can get from a Sam-girl, and I think he was done horribly dirty by the finale. Not only for the horrible wig that will go in infamy as one of the worst wigs in TV, but because Sam had a PERFECTLY FINE Love story with Eileen and they just... gave us Blurry Wife. And no real growth of the character, and ugh.

Dean at the very least had Jensen to give him a better ending with The Winchesters. Sam got no one in his corner at the end when it mattered.

I still can’t believe Sam married that blurry lady instead of Eileen after they brought her back to life. How hard would it have been to photoshop a wedding pic if they couldn’t get the actress back?

AGREE.

Everybody got screwed in the finale.

The covid restrictions were an excuse; plenty of movies quarantined actors, and I refuse to believe they couldn't have done a better job with plenty of notice for the finale of a 15-year-run TV show. Like, if you're in heaven bring back some dead fan favorites, too! And Dean and Castiel didn't even have a fucking conversation after that drama two eps prior.

Will never forgive Andrew Dabb and Robert Singer for that shitfest.

Yes, I'm not a Sam's girl either, but I feel the same as you. Moreover, I think sticking to his initial desire for a "normal" life, when he changed so much during the show, what with showing that he could lead other hunters and was a competent witch, but, in the end, forgetting all about this development of his character, was, IMO, disappointing. So yes, I'm game for forgetting all about the finale.
