Do you clench/grind your teeth in your sleep? That can cause your jaw to be sore/temperature sensitivity, since you're literally irritating your teeth.

I do clench them but I generally know what TMJ feels like for me. This is more painful to the touch and has a sharper pain. But I'm hoping it will alleviate itself soon. :(
