Um...you don't, actually? I mean, if the game appealed to begin with, but was a let down when actually played, you don't owe anyone a glowing review or lies about it.

And if the game *didn't* appeal, you sure don't owe anyone your money to buy something you don't want to buy. Unless this is a family member or something, in which case i get that there can be some pressure, but still....
You DO NOT actually owe anyone anything in terms of supporting a game or book or movie or whatever that doesn't appeal and isn't good.
