Brand loyalty is bullshit, because not only is a brand incapable of being loyal to it's customers, it's in fact incapable of BEING the same brand from one product to another.

Like, take for example: GTA. I have ALWAYS bought GTA games, and I've always enjoyed them. So I think to myself "Rockstar are my guys! I'm so excited for the next GTA". And then you find out that the new blood at rockstar have been forcing out the old creatives and as of right now not ONE of the people who worked on any of the GREAT GTA's are still around at Rockstar.

I loved Naughty dog from Crash to Jak and Dax to most of Uncharted. Then you find out Neil Druckmann had Amy Hennig ousted from the company with bullshit power plays, and then shits out TLOU remake and remaster over and over again.

Even when it's NOT some fucking worm being a sneaky fuck, I LOVED the Yakuza series, and Nagoshi was a fucking bulwark for quality. Then he quits, and the suits take over and... we see what happens.

Bioware, Rocksteady, Volition, Suckerpunch... It's endless. Brands are a never ending example of the Theseus's ship.

Anyway, I gotta know: What game is it?

My best money is on Assassins Creed, but it could be Avowed, or Dragon Age, Saints Row is a little too old for it to still cost £100 even IF it's special edition. I gotta know.
