Ifertile women do not take offence at being called woman. You have some good points but I completely disagree with this take:
She said "you mean women," which is honestly probably more hurtful to infertile cis women who want to have children than to trans men.
The article is so unremarkable that I think JKR read just its title.

I'm not a JKR stan but even if I were, how does it affect you? Why do you think that I should agree with you and not the other way around? My stance on JKR is pretty centrist and more widelly accepted than yours.
