I'm happy to let you know that there are people out there who ship every permutation of Dean/Cas/Sam and don't hate either of them. From the looks of it we're in the minority but we do exist, so you're not alone. But I understand why it's a secret. I can easily divide my flist into Dean/Cas and Wincest with not much overlapping.

THIS! I am all for any pairing featuring two or all three of these characters. Sam/Dean, Dean/Castiel, Sam/Castiel and Sam/Dean/Castiel. FTMFW.

Also, it took me for-freaking-ever to get on the Dean/Castiel. I resisted for the longest time because it felt like a betrayal of my Sam/Dean love. Sam/Dean are still, and will always be, my OTP above all others but I realized I can still enjoy the other ships, too. Why limit myself? And there's some good fic out there, too.

I was always a Wincester and then when Castiel came along I shipped Dean/Cas straight away. Now I just say Sam/Dean/Cas and be done with it, XD!

In all honesty, I swear to God that Kripke ships it. Now I can't seem to avoid it, and that makes me simultaneously annoyed and ~~turned-on~~ intrigued.

LOL I dunno, really. There's been plenty of chemistry in season 4, in season 5 Kripke just went to real hard shipping.

I have no idea why Wincest fans hate Castiel/Destiel. I ship it and they don't annoy me at all. =/

I mean, I get not loving him to the same extent I do, but I just don't see a legitimate reason for all the hate.
And I ship Sam/Dean (and Dean/Castiel) mad hard, so I don't understand the whole he's-getting-in-the-way-of-my-ship thing. What gives?

Welcome! I don't understand the hate either. I'm a fairly new fan but I don't ship Wincest, I really think they're just very devoted brothers. However, I shipped Dean/Cas after my second episode of the series, the chemistry was just whoa. It was "On the Head of a Pin" though so as far as slashy episodes go...

Despite being totally for Dean/Castiel and a big fan of the increasingly awesome angel, I don't have anything at all against Sam. I love Sam just as much as Dean and their relationship is integral to the series. And even though I don't ship Sam/Dean I have friends who ship it and I can understand why they do. Why hate?
