I am skeptical that this is real. It reads like fanfic about the type of person that oppresses the yaois because they're so straight and so into traps being really girls. Whatever, you do you, I guess, but. Still skeptical.

I mean, I know someone who does this, minus the word "traps". They pick the "more feminine" man and genderswap them to make the pairing het. And they do get kudos and comments on their fic.

DA I don't think it's worth being condescending to someone when this trope is a lot less common than it used to be, and they may be lucky to never have run into it!
