What part of right to due process do you not understand?

You don't fucking deport people before they have their day in court, regardless of residential status.

Not that status even matters, because Trump is already deporting actual legal US citizens, so your stupid argument goes out the window.

Then how was it done if there's a law that provides an opportunity to argue in court? Was the immigrant in the topic too late to go to court? What happened? People that don't follow law are fired from the government, especially if there's a person who knows how to write legalise. There's something we're not being told.

The case you posted is about a child being deported with her primary caretaker. Tbh the state handles the families terribly, and have been for years. Small kids get traumitized easily.

The current administration is deporting people without due process. They’re not getting fired for that, they’re getting praised for it, because that’s what the Republicans want. Are you not paying attention?

How do you know? There's nothing about breaking the law by the OP. Also no mention of writing a complaint. Did you or the client's family write a complaint? Start a petition?

I think that it's anti Trump globalist agenda. Case in point - your article. Who is the father, why is he not married to the deported mother, why the mother didn't argue in court? Did the mother want to leave the baby with the father? Less emotions, more facts, please.

Dude, this post is two days old. If you want to be contrarian over a vent post and raise a stink, do it where people are still gonna see your comment.
