What supernatural abilities do you think are particularly sexy or would be fun and interesting in a sexual context?

(And/or which popular ones just don’t do it for you?)

Well, I think we can all agree that shape shifting is a freebe, right?

Beyond that, Invisibility, naturally.

Flight... I just like the mile high club thing.

And on the more voyeur side of things, I think everyone has explored the perversion potential of X-ray vision. And stopping time.

Could be I'm just not terribly imaginative, but I think I'm stuck on the classics.

OH and changing size. Shrinking / Giant. Always hot.

Shapeshifting doesn't really do it for me unless we are counting like....Venom's tentacles.

The last one I'm pretty meh about except for one Bulma/Vegeta fic where he turned into an Oozaru. 🥵 Though, I do like size differences so maybe I've just not found the right ship.

I was thinking more the potential of truly next level cosplay sex with a shape shifter.

As for the size thing the ultimates explored it a bit with antman and wasp, but what really sold me on it was the Monsters Vs Aliens movie. Ginormica (Susan) was hot.

I’m with you on the shapeshifting thing. A partner being able to mimic someone else’s appearance isn’t appealing to me. But shapeshifting in a Venom or Reed Richards way – stretching, growing, temporary tentacles and other appendages – is very appealing.

Immortality, like wolverine style healing factor... for people into vore.

No, I don't like that it occurred to me. No I don't dig on it. But you can't deny the potential.

It doesn't appeal to me in a vore context, just not my thing personally, but I find it appealing for extreme masochism scenarios and very rough sex beyond what would be safe to play with in real life. Plus stuff like being able to tolerate extreme sensory play without fear of injury, sounds fun to me if it were possible lol.

I wonder if the healing factor would ruin it for them. If they need the threat of death to really make the kink work.

I have never understood the shrinking/giant kink. It's just illogical to me lol. Like I get in a roundabout way a size kink, but taking it to extremes just confuses me. Not that I'm saying don't do it, just one of those head scratcher scenarios.

Buggy's has so much potential but it isn't used enough in the ships I enjoy with him. :/ It's kind of crazy how little I see Inappropriate Use of Devil Fruits in fics, tbh.

This is something I don't think has a place outside of this thread, but re: Luffy's abilities in smut fic--people, why are you focusing on the stretching step for him?? You can skip that part for this one, I promise (however, lube for the rubber guy is probably a good idea).

Shrinking, I have a bit of a thing for it as a fantasy. Both if the character can shrink themselves or shrink their partner. So many fun opportunities for body worship and D/s dynamics...

I don't get it in a sexy scenario, but when I was a kid I had a reoccurring fantasy about shrinking down to the size of a doll and living in a dollhouse. Kid me thought that sounded like the absolute perfect life. Which is funny, because I never actually had a doll house.

Telekinesis generally and metal-manipulation specifically.

Being able to restrain, undress, and “touch” someone remotely is very hot to me.

After reading a bit of fic ages ago, I’ve definitely had the thought that if I had a partner with metal-manipulating powers, you bet I’d take up wearing metal cuff bracelets and anklets and lots of clothes with zippers.

At first I read this as "mental-manipulation" and I was so confused about the cuffs and zippers part.

But yes. I like both sides of these scenarios. I'm never quite sure if I want to be the one being moved/manipulated/touched from afar or the one doing it all. bothisgood.gif

Voice/suggestion powers, as long as the use of them during sex is consensual.


Mind reading/mental powers would top. Being in completely different places and getting each other off with just words? Yes, please. A much sexier version of phone sex.

Physical strength is sexy in the opposite sort of way for me. One character who could totally overpower the other if they wanted to but chooses not to and lets the other take control. The sexy is hyped up when there is supernatural/superpower level strength and they still don't take over.
