Re: Mistakes were made
(Anonymous) 2025-04-30 06:46 am (UTC)(link)My regret is always not getting enough sleep. I went to bed at a time that should have given me 8 hours of sleep but I woke up a few times and struggled to go back to sleep every time I woke up.
Last week, my sister asked me to help run an errand, so I went to bed almost as soon as I got home and set my alarm so that I got about a 4-5 hour nap. When my alarm went off, I saw that my sister didn't need my help anymore. Laid in bed for about an hour and a half, playing on my phone, and then fell back asleep. Got about 5 hours of sleep and that was the first time in a long time where I felt refreshed and like I got adequate sleep.
Soooo do I need a sleep schedule where I sleep for about 4-5 hours, am up for about an hour or so and go to sleep for another 5 hours???
I hate that!! No time for anything!! WTF world?
